Detailed Walkthrough[]
Richard who can be found wandering Broken Valley village, will pay you 50 gold for every goblin heart you give him. After turning the quest in once, you can suggest to do bigger things and he will unlock the quest Feast or Famine.
You can mind read for 400 exp to find out that the hearts of goblins, that which he pays you 50 gold each for you to bring him, are worth three times more back home. If you mind read him you will have the option to confront him when you bring him hearts, at which point he will agree to pay you full value.
